Leaving the Bad Lands

Days in the car and hours on the road finally started to pay off when we hit Wyoming and got a first taste of the landscape we had been chasing. Big Horn National Park is half way between Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone and is pretty much the gateway to some of the best driving you will ever do. The roads had just opened for the season after a long winter and we were amongst the first to drive them that spring.
